2008/07/30D-Clue Technologies WiMAX Power Amplifier Achieves World Industry Leading Low Power Consumption
Tokyo, July 30, 2008 - D-Clue Technologies succeeded to develop the low power consumption technology to solve power consumption problem of Mobile WiMAX.
D-Clue technologies had released 3.3V high performance WiMAX power Amplifier DC11 series (DC1102A:2.5GHz, Dc1103A:3.5GHz) in the market. This time we develop new HiPAE technology that achieves low power consumption for Mobile WiMAX Power Amplifier by using SiGe process.
Our first HiPAE technology Power Amplifier DC12 series, DC1202:2.5GHz and DC1203:3.5GHz delivers 25% Industry Leading PAE (Power Added Efficiency) at 24dBm output power with 3.3V supply voltage. This high efficiency realizes the lowest power consumption and the longest battery operation to Mobile WiMAX equipment.
HiPAE technology DC1202 and DC1203 will start sample shipping from October to our leading customers. Production is planning to start in 1Q 2009.

2008/02/27We are pleased to announce our new power amplifiers road map of WiMax expanding the market of mobile devices such as laptops, cell phones, high performance CPE, and vehicle systems.
Our new road map shows to continue the high power amplifiers development with GaAs process technologies for high power CPE applications.
We have also started to develop the new power amplifier, DC1200 series, with SiGe process for mobile WiMAX application. This power amplifiers will achieve high-performance with low power consumption.

D-CLUE Technologies Co., Ltd. (CEO: Akihiko Ishikawa) announced to start the sample shipping of WiMAX low voltage power amplifier DC1103 in the middle of April, 2007. The DC1103 is for mobile WiMAX terminals enabling 3.3V operating of the worldwide highest level and operates over the full 3.3 - 3.8 GHz frequency range with 30 dB of gain.
We proceed to make the series of high power and high performance RF power amplifiers for WiMAX and other broadband wireless application , in addition to the DC1101, DC1102 and the new DC1103.
